3. KM CLUB:
Our Fall Km Club started on Monday, September 18th and will take place Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 3:20 – 3:50 pm at McLean Park for 17 running days until Friday, November 3. Parent volunteers are needed in various capacities. Please sign up for the time slots that work for you.
Volunteer descriptions and registration can be found in the sign-up link.
If your child is participating, it is strongly encouraged that caregivers volunteer a minimum of three times throughout the duration of the Club.

Empty Cereal Boxes
The Elementary School library is collecting empty cereal boxes to use for a craft. If you have any to provide, please drop them off at the school office.
Remembrance Day Chapel
On Wednesday, November 8, at 9:00 am, the Elementary School will hold their Remembrance Day Chapel. Parents are welcome to attend.
On Wednesday morning, prior to Chapel, each student will be provided with a poppy to wear during the Chapel. It is suggested that a small donation be made for the poppy, but is not required. Donation boxes will be in the classrooms.
Support for Hazel Trembath Elementary School
The City of Port Coquitlam has launched an initiative to help support the staff, students, and teachers of Hazel Trembath Elementary School, which experienced a devastating fire Saturday, October 14. Residents can place supplies in bins located at Port Coquitlam Community Center, Hyde Creek, and Port Coquitlam City Hall.
Please bring school supplies only such as:
- Staplers
- Clipboards
- Dry erase markers
- Poster board
- Sticky Post-It Notes
- Writing Instruments
- Art Supplies
- Games
- Notebooks
- Calculators
- Lined Paper
- Book Donations – suitable for primary aged pupils (K-Grade 5).
Food or canned goods, gift cards, monetary donations, or clothing will not be accepted.
