Volunteer Opportunities – 2025/2026 School Year
Year End BBQ Volunteer Sign Up
We need volunteers to help at the Year End BBQ Event. If you are able to volunteer that day please help in any way you can.
Sign up is broken into specific jobs based on time. Please feel free to sign up for multiple roles.
Cone Set Up Needed at Elementary Campus
We are looking for an individual or a few to help with setting up cones in the morning before 8:30 AM. This typically takes 15 minutes and would be ideal for those parents who need volunteer hours and need to drop off at before school care. Any parent(s) are welcome to help with this task and it would be greatly appreciated. There will be a training set up to know where to place cones and signs. Please contact Jennifer Watson if you are interested.
Library Volunteers
Volunteer opportunities available at the elementary school library, for anyone who is comfortable using computers. Please contact Ms. Francescini, or drop by the library so she can explain the jobs.

Parent Participation Program (PPP) Hours Due
Please be reminded that the PPP hours must be completed and submitted by June 20, 2026.
Parents must take responsibility for recording their hours on their youngest child’s class spreadsheet before the sheets close at the end of each semester. These spreadsheets are sent out by the Class Liaison. If there are any questions about the PPP, please contact the school office.
As usual, there will not be any allowances made for hours not recorded once the sheets have been closed.
Last Day of School – PTL Annual BBQ Party!

Year End Used Uniform Sale Cancelled
Because our last used uniform sale was a huge success all our inventory has been cleaned out. Therefore, we will not be hosting a used uniform sale on the last day of school.
In order to refill our stock, we welcome any “gently used” uniforms for donation from now until the end of the school year. Please ensure that all donations are in good condition. You can bring your donations to the elementary school office at any time.
Alternatively, if you are looking to buy or sell any used uniforms please join our Hope CommUNITY Marketplace group on Facebook:
