Before submitting the application we strongly encourage all parents to check for the availability of spaces in the grade you are intending to apply for.
Application Process
Applications for Kindergarten to Grade 8 are accepted year round wherever space is available. The majority of our Kindergarten interviews for September entry take place in the fall of the year before entry.
Submit an application form with all supporting documents and the application fee. The application package can be emailed to or submitted in person at our elementary campus office (). The application fee can be paid by cheque (to Hope Lutheran Christian School) or by eTransfer to . The student’s full name is required in the memo section of the eTransfer, with a separate email containing the password sent to the accounts email.
Please be advised that, as part of our admissions process, there may be a point at which we determine that a student application will not be moving forward in the intake process. This decision may be made at any stage of the admissions process, and families will be notified if this occurs. Because admissions decisions involve a number of considerations, Hope Lutheran Christian School does not provide families with a specific reason if an application does not proceed to a placement offer.
