PTL Year-end BBQ lunch on June 19, 2024
PTL is hosting a BBQ lunch on the last day of school at the elementary school campus. To help the committee better plan the event, please fill in the pre-order form with your choice of food, then make the Payment to the school office by Friday, June 14. We also need a few volunteers to run this event, please sign up through this End of Year BBQ Volunteers signup form if you are interested. Looking forward to seeing you all that day!
Middle School Year-End Swimming
The Middle School students will be going to Centennial Pool on June 17th for their year-end activity.

Yearbooks
The yearbooks have arrived! If you ordered a yearbook, they are available for pickup at the Middle School front office. Additional yearbooks are available for purchase at $25 for those who did not pre-order.
Hope Lutheran Church 2024 Post Secondary Bursary Application
Hope Lutheran Church wishes to support Christian post-secondary education by offering a bursary of up to $1000 to young adults who have had a connection to Hope Lutheran Church or School and are accepted to a post-secondary Christian institution such as Trinity Western University in Langley, BC; Canadian Lutheran Bible Institute in Camrose, AB or other institutions offering Christian Studies.
Applicants may re-apply in subsequent years.

Parent Prayer
You are welcome to join other parents and our school administration to pray (even if you’ve never prayed before!). Please consider setting aside 30 minutes of your time at the beginning of each week to join us for Parent Prayer as we pray for our school, families, and community. We meet in the chapel at the Elementary Campus. Every Monday from 8:45 – 9:15 am (except for holidays).

PTL Coffee Fellowship Used Uniform Sale – Friday, June 14
The date for our sale has been moved back to Friday, June 14th as the MS talent show has been cancelled. A used uniform sale will be held at 8:30am and 2:30pm at the Elementary Campus. Parents are encouraged to sort through their uniform pieces now and determine what they will and will not need for next school year. All sellers are responsible for their own items.
The PTL will be serving hot beverages and baked goods at this time. All parents are invited to stop by for a treat and conversation.

Dough Raiser fundraiser with Cobs Bread
Are you looking to purchase bread or treats from Cobs Bread (the Oxford location)? Anyone who buys something at the Oxford Cobs Bread location just has to say they are a part of Hope Lutheran Christian School and 5% of their total transaction gets put aside for our school. This is an ongoing fundraiser until the end of the school year.
