Equipping Parents Seminar #2
Join us on Monday, November 18th at 7pm for an important seminar on protecting children from exploitation in Canada. For our 2nd seminar in our Equipping Parents series, our speaker from Ally Global will introduce The Prevention Project, an engaging, online platform offering free, age-appropriate resources designed to help youth understand the dangers of exploitation. You’ll gain insights into the risks children face online and in everyday life, as well as practical tools to help you recognize warning signs and start crucial conversations at home.
Whether you’re attending in person or via livestream, this session will equip you with the knowledge and strategies needed to engage in these important conversations with your kids. From setting boundaries to recognizing red flags to promoting safe online habits, this seminar is a must for parents who want to create safer, more informed environments for their children.
We look forward to seeing you there! A minimum of 10 people attending in-person is appreciated so our speaker isn’t presenting to an empty room. Please register your attendance here or visit our website at school.hopelcs.ca/connect/events. Invite your friends, these seminars are open to anyone.
