Volunteering Opportunities
Are you looking for term 3 volunteer opportunities?
Elementary Campus Lunch Supervision – Term 3 (K & Gr 1) signup sheet is open now.
The linked sign-up forms below list the available slots for Term 3 (Apr 22 – June 19, 2024). Only the START DATES have been listed. However, we are looking for parent volunteers that could commit to help on the SAME weekday(s) every week consistently in Term 3 for a total of 9 weeks. For example, if you signed up for the Mon, Apr 22 spot, you are signing up for all Mondays (when school is in session) in Term 3. To be fair to other parent volunteers, please sign up for no more than 2 weekdays. If you see your preferred weekday(s) has been taken and would like to be put on a waitlist, please email Angela at .
K – Gr1
Gr 2-5
Please note that you will need to have a criminal record check on file at the school to volunteer for lunch supervision. If you don’t already have one, please get in contact with Janice at . Janice will provide you with instructions to do so.

Open House Event – May 14
We’ve learned from our admissions interviews that an overwhelming majority of our applicants come to our school because of word-of-mouth recommendations from our school community. We are thankful that you are our best advertisers.
Do you know of a family ready to explore education options for their child? Do you have friends or family looking for a school that offers more than just an academic education, one that you can call home? Let them know of our upcoming Open House Event, Tuesday, May 14, 6:30 – 8:00 pm, taking place at the Elementary School campus. You can pass along this May 2024 Open House Info Card and LINK for families to register to attend the Open House Event.
KM Club
KM Club needs additional help, especially with the field setup that starting at 2:30 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. There are many days left with no help for setup at all, so any additional help is much appreciated. Signup can be found here: KM Club Volunteer Opportunities
