Library Volunteers
Volunteer opportunities are available at the elementary school library for anyone who is comfortable using computers. Please contact Ms. Francescini, or drop by the library so she can explain the jobs.
Fruit Program
Thanks to a Feeding Futures grant from the BC government, we are able to offer a daily selection of Fruits and Vegetables for Grab and Go at each of the campus offices. If your child feels they could use an extra snack during the day, encourage them to walk by and see what we’re offering!
We could use some adult volunteers to help manage this program. Duties would involve washing and portioning fruit for service, approximately 15min at the beginning of each day. If you are interested in getting involved, please contact Emily Reilly, at . Many hands will make light work!
Cone Set Up Needed at Elementary Campus
We are looking for an individual or a few to help with setting up cones in the morning before 8:30 am. This typically takes 15 minutes and would be ideal for those parents who need volunteer hours and need to drop off at before school care. Any parent(s) are welcome to help with this task and it would be greatly appreciated. There will be a training set up to know where to place cones and signs. Please contact Jennifer Watson if you are interested.

Spring Musical Auditions
In the spring of 2026 we are excited to present the musical, “The Wizard of Oz”! Though it may be the Christmas season now, preparations are already underway, starting with auditions for the main roles.
Auditions will take place after school in the Chapel, at the elementary campus, on the following dates:
- Wednesday, December 10
- Thursday, December 11
- Friday, December 12
Anyone in grades 4-8 who is interested in an acting role should choose a small monologue or acting sample to present at the audition. If you are interested in a role that requires singing, please prepare “Somewhere Over The Rainbow” or “O Canada” to sing. If you are interested in auditioning, but are unable to come on any of the audition days, please speak with Ms. Allen () or Mr. Yee () to make alternate arrangements. Looking forward to seeing you all!
Middle School Choir
We will have our final rehearsal this week on Wednesday, December 10, for only 30 minutes. Because of musical auditions, we will need to shorten the rehearsal time by 15 minutes. So rehearsal time is from 3:00 to 3:30 at the elementary campus.
Winter Weather – Please Come Prepared
As we move into the winter season, please ensure your children come to school with appropriate shoes, umbrellas, and jackets. We have outdoor break and lunch the vast majority of days—even when it’s cold and wet—and many students are still arriving without the necessary clothing.
Your support in helping students stay warm, dry, and prepared is greatly appreciated.
